These are the four sheets the kit prints for Larkspur Cottage, a fictional two-bedroom rental (checkout 10:00, check-in 16:00, 30-minute buffer). Every name, number and address is invented. Download, print and share them unchanged for free.
Usable minutes = check-in − checkout − buffer (16:00 − 10:00 − 30 = 330). They are split across the blocks by weight in 5-minute steps: beds 85 · bathrooms 70 · kitchen 80 · living 40 · final walk 55. Change the window and every block changes with it — that part needs the generator.
Three short, captioned videos made from the actual fictional sample sheets, with full text transcripts. Created by the Turnover Kit project with AI assistance.
Turnover Kit is an offline browser app. Open index.html from its extracted folder, then enter your own property once, save it as a file, print these four sheets for every turnover. It is sold separately and is not in this repository. Get Turnover Kit — $29
