Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Rupture's services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. ## 2. Description of Services Rupture provides automated migration tools for AWS platform deprecations, including: - Open-source CLI tools (MIT licensed) - Hash-anchored audit reports (paid) - Automated pull request generation (paid) - Organization licenses and rule-pack feeds (paid) - Continuous drift monitoring (paid subscription) ## 3. Open Source Software The CLI tools are released under the MIT License and are available on GitHub. You may use, modify, and distribute the CLI code subject to the terms of the MIT License. Paid tiers provide additional services, not additional code. ## 4. Paid Services ### 4.1 Audit PDF - Hash-anchored deterministic reports - Delivered via email within 5 minutes of purchase - Includes verification URL for authenticity - Pricing varies based on urgency (surge pricing within 30/7 days of deadline) ### 4.2 Migration Pack - Automated PR opened on your repository - Includes codemods, IaC patches, canary plan, and rollback script - **Refund policy:** Auto-refund if CI fails within 7 days of PR creation - Refund processed automatically; no manual intervention required ### 4.3 Org License - Annual subscription for live rule-pack feeds - Includes private rule extensions - Unlimited runs within licensed organization ### 4.4 Drift Watch - Monthly subscription for continuous monitoring - Weekly re-scans of configured IAM roles - Delta PDFs delivered on detected changes ## 5. Payment and Billing - Payments processed via Stripe - All prices in USD - Subscription billing occurs at the start of each billing period - You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues until period end ## 6. Intellectual Property - CLI code: MIT License - Audit reports: Purchased for your internal use only - Generated PRs and patches: Belong to you (MIT license applies) - Rule packs: Licensed per your subscription tier ## 7. Limitations and Disclaimers THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Rupture is not liable for: - AWS service changes or deprecation schedule changes - Migration failures in your specific environment - Data loss or service interruptions - Indirect, consequential, or special damages ## 8. Acceptable Use You agree not to: - Reverse engineer paid components - Share purchased reports outside your organization - Use automated means to abuse the service - Violate AWS terms of service when using our tools ## 9. GitHub App Permissions The Migration Pack requires installation of our GitHub App with permissions to: - Read repository contents and metadata - Create pull requests - Read check run status You may uninstall at any time via GitHub settings. ## 10. Abuse and Opt-Out Repository owners may: - Add `.no-rupture` file to repo root to block auto-PRs - Report abuse via `/abuse` endpoint - Requests are processed within 60 seconds ## 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. ## 12.
